1 | HIRE PERIOD Minimum
1 Day (24 hours) with any fraction considered as such.
2 | DRIVING LICENSE
It is imperative present valid driving license in Portugal.
3 | AGE OF DRIVER AND LESSEE
Minimum of 21 years of driving practice with at least one year.
4 | PETROL
It is the account of the client (lessee) is the responsibility of Northroad Ltd.:
Oil, lube and assistance
5 | SAFE
Prices include insurance against third party liability (600 000.00 Euro) valid in Portugal and is the responsibility of the client (lessee) the damage caused in the motorcycle rental value of the collateral (see table).
Will always be the responsibility of the customer (lessee), all damage caused to third parties or rented vehicle when it:
Is driven by that person is legally entitled to or authorized by Northroad Ltd.
Suffer damage caused intentionally by the customer (lessee) or a person by whom it is responsible.
Is conducted by person under influence of alcohol, drugs, other drugs or toxic substances, or of the same dementia.
Suffering acts of vandalism on the motorcycle, for example, damaged locks or other parts of the motorcycle damaged by the attempt of theft.
Will also be considered acts of vandalism the bursting of tires and rims damaged on which the cause is not an accident.
Evidence is used in sporting events, rallys races, challenges, contests, sweepstakes, etc..
Suffers an accident and that is not communicated in writing to Northroad Ltd. in the shortest possible time.
The lack of communication or the late, is the client (lessee) the obligation to indemnify the Northroad Ltd. for expenses that arise.
6 | PAYMENT
The estimated cost of the rental must be paid at the time of delivery of the motorcycle, with a deposit to be agreed between both parties, with a minimum (see table of bond) the account will be done on your end.
7 | Delivery and pickup
Free Port and in the metropolitan area of Porto (Matosinhos, Maia and Vila Nova de Gaia), provided that they are made within normal working hours.
Outside the metropolitan area are subject to the payment of 0.30 euros per kilometer.
The collection of cars should be in good condition as delivered to the lessee, including cleaning. If not the Northroad Ltd. is entitled to be reimbursed the value to return it again in a position to be delivered to a new customer.
8 | OUTPUTS FOR FOREIGN
Prices do not include exits from the country.
May be authorized by the exit Ltd. Northroad Spain and Morocco on payment of a fee, this being mentioned in the rental agreement.
Where the Northroad Ltd. becomes aware of a way out without authorization and without payment, the customer (lessee) will be penalized for 3.00 euros per km traveled in the period of hire and be responsible for all damage that may occur in the motorcycle rental.
9 | FINES AND FINES
Are always the responsibility of the customer (lessee), any and all fines during the period of the rental motorcycle.
10 | RENTAL
The lease ends on the day, time and place agreed.
If the customer (lessee) wants to extend it, you must contact the Northroad Ltd. previously at least 24 hours of his term for the Northroad Ltd. gives its approval.
If there is no authorization of Northroad Ltd., believes that the motorcycle to move without permission and against the will of the same, and reported that the authorities and punished under the code of the road and the Criminal Law.
11 | Size of the motorcycle
It is not allowed to exceed the capacity that is in the book of the motorcycle.
Will be the responsibility of the customer (lessee) in the event of any accident.
12 | ACCIDENTS
In case of accident to the client (lessee) do the following:
A. Call the authorities.
B. If there is injured call an ambulance.
C. To immediately contact and inform the office of Northroad Ltd. (telephone number in the rent).
D. If not do so, will be under the condition 5.
E. Get (s) other (s) driver (s) involved (s) in accident:
Name, address and telephone number
No driving license, place and date of issue.
Brand, model and registration (s) vehicle (s) involved (s).
Insurer and Policy.
Names and addresses of witnesses.
F. Fill correctly all elements of the document STATEMENT FRIENDLY at the motorcycle, with the documents of the same.
13 | FAILURE
In case of damage to the client (lessee) contact the office Northroad Ltd.

The Northroad Ltd. is not responsible for loss of time incurred by accidents or damage that may slow or stop the client (lessee) your holiday or travel.
15 | DOCUMENTS
The Northroad Ltd. delivery to the customer (lessee), a folder for this purpose, all documents that relate to the motorcycle.
In case of loss during the rental the Northroad Ltd. believes the customer is responsible for error. In this case you must pay us the amount of 210 euros for the application of new documents.
It will also be the client (lessee) for payment of any fine, while driving the motorcycle with a lack of them.
Both parties now agree that for resolution of any dispute arising from this contract will be responsible to the District Court of Porto, with express waiver of any other.
